One Word (or maybe a few)

Shingles, it sound like a nice word doesn't it? A bit like spring and Christmas rolled into one.
I think I'm a lot better than others who have had it but it is something I could do without....

    Oh - shingles are dreadful...I do hope its not causing you too much misery - healing thoughts to you. Hope you dont have it for too long.

    Drs. are recommending that everyone over 65, who has had chicken pox, get the vaccine. It's expensive but the disease can be debilitating.
